Massasoit Day culminates the year-long celebration of the College’s 50th anniversary. We’re excited to open up our Brockton Campus for a day of free family-friendly fun, and hope you will join us for music, food, games, and more.

All events will be held rain or shine on the Brockton Campus at 1 Massasoit Boulevard.

Shirley alston reeves

Inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1996, The Shirelles had six top ten singles in the early 1960s with Shirley on lead vocals, including “Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow,” “Mama Said,” and “Baby, It’s You.” In 1975, Shirley launched a solo career, and continues to tour with her band.

Folk rock singer Tom Rush has had a long career as a singer songwriter, and has performed at Massasoit several times over the years. His early recordings included versions of songs by Jackson Browne, James Taylor, and Joni Mitchell. Tom continues to tour regularly with special guests.
